Welcome to proSathi. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the platform. We may update these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

proSathi is a professional service marketplace that connects service providers (Prosathis) with clients. Our platform facilitates booking, scheduling, and payment processing for various professional services including 1:1 calls, webinars, workshops, digital products, and priority direct messages.

Automated Notifications

By using proSathi, you agree to receive automated communications related to your bookings, including emails and WhatsApp notifications. WhatsApp notifications are provided as a supplementary convenience for scheduled services (Calls and Webinars) that meet our minimum pricing thresholds. We reserve the right to modify these thresholds at any time.

WhatsApp notifications are not provided for Free-tier services or Priority DM interactions. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time through your account settings.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
• You may not transfer your account to another party.

Prosathi Accounts

Prosathis who offer services on our platform agree to provide services as described, maintain professional standards, and comply with all applicable laws. proSathi reserves the right to review, suspend, or remove any Prosathi account that violates these terms.

All bookings made through proSathi are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant Prosathi. Payments are processed securely through our integrated payment partners (eSewa, Khalti, and Stripe).

Pricing

Service prices are set by individual Prosathis. proSathi charges a platform service fee on transactions. All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the service type and the Prosathi's individual refund policy. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information. proSathi is not responsible for disputes arising from service quality beyond what is described in the listing.

You are responsible for all content you post, share, or transmit through proSathi. You agree not to engage in any conduct that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Harasses, threatens, or intimidates other users
• Attempts to circumvent proSathi's payment systems
• Distributes malware or harmful code
• Engages in unauthorized data collection or scraping

proSathi reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

The proSathi platform, including its design, features, and content created by proSathi, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Content created by Prosathis (service listings, digital products, session recordings) remains the property of the respective Prosathi. By listing content on proSathi, Prosathis grant proSathi a limited, non-exclusive license to display and promote that content on the platform.

proSathi provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

proSathi acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or legality of services offered by Prosathis. The relationship between clients and Prosathis is independent; proSathi is not a party to any service agreement between them.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, proSathi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Your use of proSathi is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred before termination, including outstanding payments.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of proSathi after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

We encourage you to review these terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last revised.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Nepal.
